  • Nope. If the record/data is stored in a source system (Kuali, WorkDay, Transact, etc.) you do not need to store that information in Box.

  • Each department's Records Liaison has access to and manages the University Records - Department Name folder that acts as the Electronic Records Center. Move your inactive electronic records at least once a year.

  • For general training open a browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and go to Scrolling down, the page contains many resources including a "Getting Started" area and free training videos.
